      Thanks Steve – I knew it stood for something!
      So am I right in saying a MACHO is essentially a big object with a lot of mass that doesn’t reflect or emit very much radiation? As opposed to a WIMP, a tiny particle with a lot of mass that doesn’t interact with other stuff?
